Chessup uses third-party services, including Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Supabase, to provide and improve the App. By using Chessup, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Vibeship and Chessup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chessup at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
